Rashy Red Cheeky Monkey

Here are pictures of Harper's Rashy Red Cheeks. She is currently sporting a greasy film thanks to "Grins and Giggles" moisturizing stick. Anyone have any other suggestions to rid The Beast of her not so jolly marks?
