Some of the other adoption agencies have recieved their packet of referrals already. Some people have posted the news about their new children and I was very interested to see that some of these babies were born in the middle of October... which makes them about 6 months old. Last year the average age of the babies at referral time was 8 to 10 months.
Hmmmm, that gives me something to think about.
