What a great weekend! Dan and I drove to Connecticut for the weekend to visit his parents, Karen and Kevin, and our soon-to-be-born niece, Mayson. We were also able to see the Tino family while we were there including Guido and Kris, Guy and Jill, Anna and Christopher, Garth and Steph, Amanda, Chris, and Heather.

Here is what I learned on this trip:

When dogs have gas it can smell pretty bad.

Both Kevin and Garth have new cameras that make me jealous.

The Red Sox still have the ability to make even their number one fans sick.

Setting up a Pack-N-Play or the generic brand Baby-Get-Use-To-Incarceration-Trainer can be challenging.

You can get amazing deals at the Dollar Store for just... one dollar!

Grandpa Tino is a genius.

There are many recipes for margaritas, but only ONE is truly the BEST.

Some would say that corn is not fit for human consumption since it comes out looking pretty much the same as it went in.

Garth wants a pair of split pants for Christmas.
