Happy New Year!

A few new things for the New Year:

-Harper now stands up in her crib.
-Harper will walk with the aid of a walker.
-Harper still only has two teeth.
-Harper love to watch her sign language DVDs (This is what she is doing in the picture.)
-Harper successfully uses many signs throughout the course of a day.
-Harper's favorite signs: milk, eat, thirsty, more, full, clean, dirty, car, hot, cold, potty, poop, cookie, banana, apple, ice cream, girl, moon, stars, bear, dog, fish, bird, cat, tree, flower, sleep, cry, happy, sad, and silly.
Harper will sign any word she recognizes. If she recognizes the word, but doesn't remember the sign, she instructs us to show her over and over. Sometimes reading to her takes a long time because of this.
-Harper laughs when we say "ah-choo".
-Harper likes to have her chin tickled when she eats dinner.
-Harper will have been with us for six months on January 9th.
Wow.

WOW! That is 31 words, plus, I Love You. That is more than I know. You two are doing a wonderful job of raising my granddaughter. And I love her more each day. And 6 months? Where did the time go? Love Grandma PoPo

6 months already?! It seems like just yesterday you were questioning what things to bring with you on the trip and having those sleepless nights wondering what you were getting yourselves into. Now those sleepless nights are because Harper decides she has had enough and wants to be awake now. Congratulations on the 6 months, the next 18 years will be easier right?

Love me
