Ah ha! Here is proof of our great weekend, compliments of Guido, Kristine, Garth and Steph.
Thank you for the pictures!

Oh Yeah...

I almost forgot to mention that Garth and Steph gave my Mom great tips on how to cook, how to make a delicious libation (of which I am not allowed to part take...), and how to raise happy, healthy children (for example, some advice on what to do when I start dating. Garth was very specific!)

They taught me a lot of fun things, too!

We had so much fun!

Harper, Too!

Well, I had another great weekend! Mommy and Daddy's friends from Utah came out to visit me! At first I was a little shy, but then when I found out that they were a Mommy and a Daddy I decided that they were cool beans.
Garth and Steph were a lot of fun and we tried on a lot of hats, ran around in circles, sang the ABC's, tickled Elmo, and admired baby scarecrows. It was AWESOME! Then I also got to meet Garth's Mommy and Daddy! Who knew there were so many Mommies and Daddies around? I think I may like them almost as much as I like babies.
This is me asking to see the 'other' Mommy when I got up from my nap.
This is me when I was told that they had gone home.
This is me asking to at least see the pictures of me with the 'other' Mommy and Daddy together.
This is me when I was told that my Mommy and Daddy forgot to take pictures.
I was not pleased.
This is me when I was told that we were going to visit Utah sometime soon.
Of course I said, "Harper, too?" The answer was, "Yes!"
That DID please me!
Dear Amanda, Chris, and Heather,

I think your Mommy and Daddy are nice and I like them a lot! I can't wait to see them again and I also can't wait to meet you. My Mommy and Daddy talk about you all the time and now that I have met your Mommy and Daddy I know you must be cool beans, too!

Love,

Harper

What A Fun Weekend!

Nai Nai and Grandpa W (now called Poppy) came to visit me and brought me an early birthday present! It was a tractor of my very own! I still need a little practice to learn how to drive it around, but it has lots of bunties (that is what I call buttons) and I already know how to push those. Just ask my mom.

Then we went in search of a very special pumpkin.

Hmmm, there are so many to choose from!

Here is my special pumpkin. I love it.

This is me taking my special pumpkin home.

The next day we went to a mountain and it was chilly outside!

We saw the Alpine slide, but I am too little to ride on it. Maybe someday I will be big enough. I sure do like the sled though.

I did get to ride on a gondola to the top of a mountain and it was FUN! I had a great time. Daddy says he can't wait until I can ski.

I had a great weekend visiting with Nai Nai and Poppy!

Things I Like

I like pirates, pumpkins, ghosts and skulls.
I like babies and tutus.
I like monkeys and bananas.
I like to march, spin and kick balls.
I also like the letter M and the number 2.
And today I said "Oh, crap." just like my mom.

Survivor

The newest season of Survivor starts tonight and it was filmed in China!
Not only was it filmed in China, supposedly some of it was filmed in the province of Jiangxi where I was born!
When Mommy and Daddy came to get me we all met and stayed for a week in Nanchang which is VERY close to where Survivor has taken place!
Here is a map of the location.

Yes, it is reality tv and no, I won't be allowed to watch it, but my parents will and they will tell me all about it.
Mommy always talks about the size of Jeff Probst's dimples and how a person could swim in them if they wanted. I don't really get it, but it seems to make her happy.

Picture Perfect

Hey, remember when I used to take pictures with my pedometer?

Now I can take pictures with my new Fisher Price digital camera that Aunt Jenny and Uncle Don gave to me. Here are some shots I took recently...

Yes, this is the official "Harper Cam" and now you get to see things from my point of view. Ha! I guess I still have a little more practice to do, but I love my camera and I will be sharing more pictures soon.

My Favorite Phrase

I sure can say a lot of words now, but the phrase I like the best is, "All done!"
I use it all the time. Today, for example, I told Daddy I was, "All done!" when he took me to the grocery store. Just in case he didn't hear me the first time I said it over and over and over again. Then I added in some crying. Then I added in the yelling. I also hold my hands up high in the air to show how serious I am.

I also use it at dinner time, nap time and when I have my hair combed.
