Two Years Ago Today!

Exactly two years ago today, Mommy and Daddy saw my face for the very first time.

On May 26, 2006, while they were on vacation, they recieved the long anticipated referral call with all my information and an email containing this picture!

This was taken in March of 2006 and is called the 'old man hair' picture.



These next two pictures were taken almost exactly two years ago. I was 7 months old.

This picture was taken last year.

This picture was taken yesterday.

And this picture was taken this morning.
Cool.

Utah

I Went To Utah!

I went to Utah last week to see "new things" and good friends.

It was 90 degrees there, but there is still a lot of snow in the mountains.

We went to Temple Square, it was beautiful.

We also went to the zoo to see animals. (These aren't the animals, these are my friends.)

I had such a great time, I can't wait to go back!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day, everybody! I had a great day and so did my mom.

I love picking dandelions.

We had great weather.

We saw lots of wildlife. These are dog legs.

This is the rest of the dog.

These are new baby birds and they look hungry.

Then we saw a turtle, but we don't know if it was a Mommy or a Daddy.

I went sailing on my boat.
Ahoy, watch out! I be a fearsome pirate!

I know my mom had a very happy Mothers' Day, but I would also like to wish Popo, Nai Nai, and Gweat Gwamma, a very special Mother's Day, too. And to all those other mothers and soon-to-be-mothers out there... have a Very Happy Mother's Day!

It's Cinco de Mayo

We had some Mexican food for dinner.

This is what I did with my dinner in honor of Cinco de Mayo, much to Mommy and Daddy's dismay. (I call it 'a person with two eyes, two arms, two legs, one nose, and hair'.)

Happy Earth Day!

Hey, Happy Earth Day!

Today I planted some sunflower seeds from Nai Nai.

I went looking for frogs.

I helped Daddy shovel some bark mulch.

And I had a lot of fun on my playground. (I am still wearing my gardening gloves from Nai Nai here.)

Whose Woods These Are...

Hi. We went for a hike yesterday. It was a fabulous day and I saw a lot of interesting things.

Here Grandpa Lew is showing me a woodpecker making a hole in a tree.

This is Ruby and she carried some of the lunch for the picnic!

I saw a lot of buds on trees.

We had a great time!

I Love Animals

I love animals. Especially these extra large ones. I make sure they are all well rested. All of my animals are sleeping comfortably on 'peedows' (pillows).

I also make sure they are well fed. Here my animals are having a 'peekit' (picnic) with pizza and milk. Yum!

I love my animals.

Today Was Much Colder

It was colder, but still a really good day.
